Ukraine Heroes Set - CPM S90V, 62HRC

This set was made to commemorate the day of April 14, 2022 when a guided missile cruiser and a flagship of Russian navy – Moskva was sunk by the Ukrainian defenders.

It was an important tactical milestone that inspired many visual artists all around the world. The most famous artwork influenced by the event was a depiction of a Ukrainian soldier on the shore of the black sea flipping off the warship moments before it sank to the deeps. Russian warship – Done. We replicated this artwork on the wooden case that houses the three knives and included a limited edition, commemorative stamp set released by the Ukrainian post office.

Inside a beautiful wooden case that was carved in a shape of a trident: Ukrainian coat of arms, you will find twin chef knives and a double edged hunting/combat knife. The double edge is partly inspired by a Ukrainian butcher tradition with its specific blade length. We used CPM S90V stainless steel, G10 liners and stunning blonde ironwood on the handles.

This is a unique and a special set. Although we wish the circumstances for its creation were different but until the war in Ukraine is over, it is necessary.
